The hotel is located in a bustling area, close to MG Road and important business districts. It's right next to Brigade road with great eating options. The rooms are cozy and clean, with basic amenities like soap and tissue box. The staff is somewhat friendly and offers prompt service.
The bed can be uncomfortable and the tea served is not the most popular local tea.

The room was a bit small for a family of four. The shower was not working properly and there were some minor maintenance issues.
